On my intermittent fasting journey, I prioritize meals that are both delicious and packed with nutrients to keep my body fuelled and strong. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared with wholesome ingredients that not only satisfy my hunger but also provide lasting energy throughout the day.

Ingredient’s
2 tablespoons of Balti paste
Chicken strips
2 Bell peppers (red & yellow) – sliced
1 Onion – sliced
Spinach – x2 frozen cubes or approx. 50g of fresh
2 mugs chicken stock
1 mug of uncooked brown rice
Optional – add coconut milk to flavour, prior to serving
Method
Fry chicken, onions and peppers
Add paste and coat chicken, pepper, onions
Stir in chicken stock and then add rice (above image)
Allow to simmer until rice is cooked
Add more boiling water if required for rice
